• LinkedIn for professional networking, marketing purposes, and authentication
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising, operated through GM ABC - FZCO, our advertising entity based in Dubai, UAE

CRM integrations you connect: if you connect your own CRM to SetSmart (currently HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel), SetSmart exports lead information into that CRM at your direction. This export happens only after you connect the CRM and is one way, from SetSmart to your CRM. For HubSpot and Pipedrive, SetSmart pushes leads the AI marked as qualified, that booked a call, or that agreed to one; depending on the CRM, the exported data may include the lead's name, phone number, email address, Instagram username, lead source, qualification details, and the conversation transcript or the AI's qualification notes. For GoHighLevel, SetSmart writes an AI-generated lead summary onto contacts that already exist in your account and, when a lead books through your connected calendar, creates the contact and the appointment. You choose whether to connect a CRM, you control which CRM account receives the data, and you can disconnect the integration at any time in the app. Once the data is in your CRM, you are its controller: it is governed by that CRM provider's terms and by your own privacy commitments to your leads.

Your card details are collected and stored securely by our payment processor, Stripe (a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider), and are never stored on SetSmart's own servers. Other than the disclosures described in this section, including exports to a CRM that you have connected yourself, SetSmart.io does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your card details or personally identifiable information with any other third party.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. SetSmart.io takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However SetSmart.io cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
