Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page describes how refunds and cancellations work for subscriptions to SetSmart, operated by SetSmart, Inc.

1. Free trial

New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial (or longer if you applied a promo code). During the trial, you are not charged. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard at setsmart.io/app/subscribe before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

Within the first 30 days after your first paid charge, you may request a full refund without explanation by emailing contact@setsmart.io. We will refund the most recent payment to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds beyond the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from your dashboard at setsmart.io/app/subscribe. After cancellation, your account remains fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will occur.

4. Agency plan

The Agency plan is a flat monthly (or annual) subscription. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies for new Agency subscriptions. Annual plans cancelled before the end of the year remain active until the period ends; we do not refund unused months on annual plans except within the 30-day window.

5. Disputes & chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at contact@setsmart.io or +1 (302) 394-3970 — we will investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and result in account suspension.
