SetSmart.io provides an AI-powered lead qualification and appointment setting service via WhatsApp. Our platform is designed for infopreneurs and agencies looking to grow their business effortlessly. SetSmart.io helps you get more appointments through automated AI setting, qualifying your leads and scheduling meetings as if by magic, all on autopilot.
To access certain features of SetSmart.io, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

All content and materials available on SetSmart.io are the property of ABCDUBUK LTD, GM ABC FZCO and Yellow Cat LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
ABCDUBUK LTD and GM ABC FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use SetSmart.io.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in EUR will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://setsmart.io/ policies and rules.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Once SetSmart is installed on the client's system, they have 30 days to request a refund. During this 30-day period, clients can request a full refund without any questions asked. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at contact@setsmart.io.
Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
The service offered by SetSmart.io includes the creation and ongoing management of an AI-powered lead qualification and appointment setting service operating on WhatsApp and Instagram as well as having access to the entire tool of all functionalities of the software.
The pricing for this service is €990 per month.
GM ABC FZCO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
