By accessing or using the services provided by SetSmart, Inc. (referred to as "SetSmart.io"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SetSmart.io provides an AI-powered lead qualification and appointment setting service via WhatsApp. Our platform is designed for infopreneurs and agencies looking to grow their business effortlessly. SetSmart.io helps you get more appointments through automated AI setting, qualifying your leads and scheduling meetings as if by magic, all on autopilot.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of SetSmart.io, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on SetSmart.io are the property of SetSmart, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SetSmart, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use SetSmart.io.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The State of Delaware, United States, is our country of domicile. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

8. Payment

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in EUR, USD, or AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://setsmart.io/ policies and rules.

9. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

10. Subscription Terms, Pricing & Auto-Renewal

SetSmart.io is sold as a recurring subscription service. New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial (or longer if a promotional code is applied). At the end of the free trial, your payment method will be automatically charged, and your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel. The Agency plan is billed monthly or annually depending on your selection at checkout, and also auto-renews until cancelled.

Pro plan pricing is usage-based. The base monthly fee is €99 / $99, which includes up to 1,000 AI messages per month. Additional messages are billed using a tiered pricing structure (e.g. +€85 / $85 for 1,001–2,000 messages, +€80 / $80 for 2,001–3,000, decreasing tiers up to 20,000, then +€0.05 / $0.05 per additional message beyond 20,000). The exact price you are charged each month therefore depends on your actual usage during the period.

The Agency plan is a flat-rate plan (€990 / $990 per month, or with a 30% discount for annual billing) that includes 10 client workspaces, with optional additional workspaces at +€49 / $49 each per month.

Prices may be displayed and charged in EUR, USD, or AED depending on your region and the checkout currency. You can view the full pricing details on our pricing page or directly inside the checkout. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

11. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge: within 30 days after your first paid charge, you may request a full refund without explanation by emailing contact@setsmart.on.crisp.email (or contact@setsmart.io). Refunds beyond the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.

12. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from your dashboard at setsmart.io/app/subscribe. After cancellation, your account remains fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges will occur. Cancelling does not generate a refund of the current period unless you are within the 30-day money-back window described above.

13. Changes to Terms

SetSmart.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
