Best AI I've tested.
I've tested quite a few AIs and, for me, you're clearly the Rolls-Royce of the market. Having so much control over the agent without depending on anyone, being able to manage bookings directly from SetSmart, embedding voice notes in the prompt... it's exactly the kind of system I dreamed of. I've tried several competing solutions and, in my eyes, none offers such a good balance between features, response quality, flexibility and price. Another big strength: Victor. He replies extremely fast and, when you suggest an improvement or raise a need, he often implements the changes very quickly. It's really great to see a product evolve so fast with such responsive support. Honestly, it's incredible work. Congrats to the whole team!

Incredible SetSmart!
I've been using SetSmart for over a year and I'm really very satisfied. The platform is continuously updated, like the recent Claude connector.
