GoHighLevel White Label Pricing & SaaS Mode (2026)

Quick answer: GoHighLevel white label starts on the Unlimited plan at $297 a month: your own domain, a branded desktop app and unlimited sub-accounts, with phone and email usage rebilled at cost. SaaS Mode, which adds a Stripe checkout, automatic sub-account creation and rebilling with your own markup, needs Agency Pro at $497 a month. The white-label mobile app is a separate add-on at $497 a month (or $1,491 a quarter) on every plan except the custom-priced Enterprise tier. Every price in this guide comes from GoHighLevel's pricing page and help center at the time of writing, September 2026.
Every third-party guide to GoHighLevel white label pricing repeats the same three plan prices and stops there. What an agency actually needs to know is which price unlocks which piece of branding, what SaaS Mode does mechanically once you switch it on, and what the invoice looks like after the per-sub-account add-ons and usage fees land on top. That is what this guide covers, using only numbers published on GoHighLevel's own pricing page and help center at the time of writing (September 2026), so you can check every one of them yourself.
It is written for the agencies we talk to every day: SMMA owners, DM-setting agencies and appointment-setter teams that sell to coaches and creators on Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. Most of them already run GoHighLevel for the CRM and funnels and are weighing the jump from Unlimited to Agency Pro. A growing number only need the DM layer white-labelled, and for them there is a cheaper route covered near the end. If you want the plan-by-plan breakdown first, start with our GoHighLevel pricing guide and our hands-on GoHighLevel review.
GoHighLevel white label: what each plan unlocks
Direct answer: Starter at $97 a month includes none of the agency branding. Unlimited at $297 a month gives you the branded desktop app on your own domain plus unlimited sub-accounts. Agency Pro at $497 a month adds SaaS Mode, markup rebilling and the advanced API. The mobile app is a paid add-on on all three, and only Enterprise bundles it.
Here is the tier-by-tier view the affiliate posts never draw, built from the official pricing page, the official white-label CRM page and the help center pricing guide:
| What you get | Starter $97/mo | Unlimited $297/mo | Agency Pro $497/mo | Enterprise (custom) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sub-accounts | 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Custom |
| Branded desktop app on your own domain | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| White-label mobile app | Add-on, $497/mo | Add-on, $497/mo | Add-on, $497/mo | Included |
| API access | Not on the plan card | Basic | Advanced | Advanced, higher limits on request |
| Rebill phone and email usage | No | At cost, no markup | With your markup | With your markup |
| Rebill AI Employee usage | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| SaaS Mode (Stripe checkout, SaaS configurator, dunning) | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Automated sub-account creation | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| User and agent reporting | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Annual price (ten months) | $970 | $2,970 | $4,970 | Custom |
| Free trial | 14 days | 14 days | 14 days | Talk to sales |
Three details in that table trip people up, so they are worth spelling out.
The "white label" line lives at $297, not $497. GoHighLevel's own white-label CRM page puts "Branded Desktop App, Custom Domains and Complete Control Over the Look and Feel of the Platform" on the Unlimited card. The pricing page FAQ says the same thing in plain words: you can white-label the desktop web app so clients see your logo and branding when they log in, not HighLevel's. You do not need Agency Pro to look like your own software. You need it to sell and bill like one.
The mobile app is an add-on, not a plan feature. Several ranking guides, including one that sits on the first page for this query, claim the white-label mobile app comes with Agency Pro. The help center's add-on table lists "Whitelabel Mobile App" at $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter, and the pricing page repeats $497 a month under optional add-ons. The only plan that includes it is Enterprise, which is custom-priced. Budget it as a second $497 line if you want your brand in the App Store and on Google Play.
The marketing page is looser than the price list. The white-label CRM page's Starter feature list includes "White Label" and "SaaS Mode" in its catalogue of features, which is easy to misread as those being available at $97. The pricing page and the help center are unambiguous: SaaS Mode is on Agency Pro at $497, and rebilling with markup is described as part of SaaS Mode. Trust the price list.
Does GoHighLevel white label include a custom domain?
Yes, from Unlimited at $297 a month. Custom domains for funnels and websites are available on every plan; the branded platform domain, the login your clients use with your logo and colours, is the Unlimited feature. Once it is set up, clients log into your subdomain and see your brand throughout the desktop app.
Which GoHighLevel plan has SaaS Mode?
Only Agency Pro at $497 a month, plus Enterprise, which includes the full feature set of the highest plan. The help center states that rebilling with agency markup is only available on the $497 a month Agency Pro plan and is part of SaaS Mode. Unlimited lets you rebill phone and email at cost, which is useful for pass-through, but you cannot add a margin on it.
What SaaS Mode actually does
Direct answer: SaaS Mode turns your agency account into a self-serve software product. A client buys a plan on a pricing page you built, pays through your Stripe account, gets a sub-account and a user created automatically, and is locked out if a payment fails. Usage such as SMS, email and AI is rebilled to that sub-account at a markup you set.
GoHighLevel describes SaaS Mode as two bundles of features. The agency bundle is the part you are paying $200 a month extra for over Unlimited:
- Automatic sub-account generation when a client checks out, with the snapshot you attached to that plan already loaded.
- Automatic user and permission generation, so the client gets a login without you creating it by hand.
- Dunning, meaning a non-payment lockout: a failed renewal suspends the client's access until the card is fixed.
- Twilio rebilling with your profit margin, extended in practice to LC Phone, LC Email and AI Employee usage, all charged to your Agency Wallet first and then to the sub-account.
- A SaaS dashboard to see plans, subscribers and revenue in one place.
The client bundle is the set of features GoHighLevel suggests you package for local businesses: two-way text messaging, a web chat widget, Google Business Profile chat, Facebook Messenger chat, reputation management and missed-call text-back. Notice what is not in that list: Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. Both exist in the platform, but WhatsApp is a $10 a month per-sub-account add-on with Meta conversation fees on top, and the conversational AI that answers those messages is the separate AI Employee add-on covered below.
How SaaS Mode is wired, in three steps
The official SaaS Mode page describes the setup in three moves, and it is worth knowing them before you upgrade so you can judge the work involved:
- Connect Stripe. In your agency account, go to Settings, then Stripe Integration, and connect the Stripe account that will collect client payments. Client subscriptions are collected in your own Stripe account.
- Configure your plans. The Plan Configurator (also called the SaaS Configurator) is where you build each plan, set its price and trial, add Twilio credits, attach a snapshot, and choose your rebilling profit on usage. Each plan exposes a Stripe product ID.
- Build the pricing page. Switch into your own agency sub-account, connect the same Stripe account, create a pricing and signup page, add the plans from the configurator to the Product tab, and drop in a two-step order form. When a prospect pays, the sub-account, user and permissions are created for you.
What SaaS Mode does not do is equally important. It does not build your snapshots, your onboarding or your support desk. Because clients see your brand on the login page, they call you, not HighLevel, when something breaks; HighLevel's Premium Support at $500 a month is an agency-level add-on for your own escalations, not a helpdesk for your clients. And it does not waive usage: every SMS segment, email and AI response still hits your Agency Wallet first, which is why the rebilling settings matter as much as the plan.
Is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode worth the extra $200 a month?
Treat it as a $200 a month upgrade over Unlimited, not as a $497 product. It pays for itself when three things are true: you sell software subscriptions rather than only services, you onboard clients often enough that automatic provisioning saves real hours, and the markup you take on usage plus the admin you no longer do is worth more than $200 a month. If you have four retainer clients and invoice them manually, Unlimited already gives you the branding, and the cheaper plan wins.
GoHighLevel white label pricing in practice: the hidden line items
Direct answer: the plan price is the floor. Conversational AI, WhatsApp, the mobile app and premium workflow actions are all billed on top, and the per-sub-account ones multiply by your client count.
Here is every white-label-relevant line item from the help center pricing guide and the pricing page add-on section, with how it is billed and whether you can pass it on:
| Line item | Published price | How it is billed | Can you pass it on? |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Employee Growth | $50/mo per enabled sub-account | Monthly, per client sub-account | Rebill with markup on Agency Pro only |
| AI Employee Unlimited | $97/mo per enabled sub-account | Monthly, per client sub-account, fair use applies | Rebill with markup on Agency Pro only |
| AI pay-per-use | No monthly fee, token cost per action | Agency Wallet | Rebill with markup on Agency Pro only |
| LC Email | $0.675 per 1,000 emails | Agency Wallet | At cost on Unlimited, markup on Agency Pro |
| LC Phone (numbers, calls, SMS) | Same rates as Twilio, varies by region | Agency Wallet | At cost on Unlimited, markup on Agency Pro |
| WhatsApp integration | $10/mo per enabled sub-account, plus Meta conversation fees | Monthly plus usage | Resell at your price |
| Workflow premium actions | $0.01 per execution, or Workflow Pro at $10, $25 or $50/mo | Agency Wallet, or a monthly tier | Rebillable |
| White-label mobile app | $497/mo or $1,491 a quarter | Agency-level add-on | Your cost |
| Branded Client Portal App (communities) | $49/mo per enabled sub-account | Monthly | Resell at your price |
| Whitelabel Zap | $50/mo | Agency-level add-on | Your cost |
| Dedicated email IP | $59/mo per domain, Unlimited and Agency Pro only | Monthly | Resell at your price |
| HIPAA compliance | $297/mo, account-wide, cannot be switched off once enabled | Monthly | Your cost |
| Premium Support | $500/mo or $5,000 a year | Agency-level add-on | Your cost |
| Advanced Account Setup | $1,000 one-off | One-off | Your cost |
A few notes on reading that table:
- The Agency Wallet is a prepaid balance that auto-refills. Usage-based services (phone, email, email validation, AI usage, premium workflow features) are deducted from it, and HighLevel charges your card again when it falls below your minimum balance. If you are not rebilling, an active client base drains it faster than you expect.
- Per-sub-account add-ons scale with clients, not with revenue. AI Employee is the one to watch: enabling the $97 a month Unlimited AI tier on ten client sub-accounts is $970 a month, almost twice the Agency Pro fee. Enabling it on one sub-account does not cover the others.
- Phone rates are Twilio rates. The help center states that LC Phone pricing is precisely the same as Twilio's and varies by region and product, so there is no single SMS price to quote. Model it from Twilio's published pricing for your own volume before you promise clients "unlimited texting".
- WhatsApp has two layers. The $10 a month integration fee per sub-account is HighLevel's; Meta's conversation and template charges come on top and vary by country. Our WhatsApp Business API pricing guide walks through Meta's side.
- Premium workflow actions are metered. Premium triggers and actions cost $0.01 per execution pay-as-you-go, or you buy a Workflow Pro tier ($10, $25 or $50 a month for 10,000, 30,000 or 65,000 executions). External AI model steps inside workflows are billed separately on usage and are not covered by Workflow Pro.
- Labour is the line nobody prints. If you outsource builds, white-label GoHighLevel development shops charge real retainers: E2M, one of the larger ones, lists plans from $1,299 a month for roughly a day of work a week. Even in-house, someone has to build the snapshot, the pricing page and the onboarding.
Margin math for an agency reselling GoHighLevel
Direct answer: at a resale price of $297 a month per client, Agency Pro pays for itself on the second client, and Agency Pro plus the mobile app plus AI Employee Growth for every client pays for itself on the fifth. The numbers below use only GoHighLevel's published prices; the resale price is an assumption you should replace with your own.
Assume an agency that sells its branded platform to ten clients at $297 a month each, the same figure as GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan, and passes usage through at cost. That is $2,970 a month of subscription revenue. Here is what is left after each layer of GoHighLevel cost:
| Line | Monthly amount | Running margin |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription revenue, 10 clients at $297 | $2,970 | $2,970 |
| Agency Pro plan | $497 | $2,473 |
| AI Employee Growth on all 10 sub-accounts | $500 | $1,973 |
| WhatsApp integration on all 10 sub-accounts | $100 | $1,873 |
| White-label mobile app | $497 | $1,376 |
| Email, SMS and Meta usage | Rebilled at cost or with markup | $1,376 or more |
The break-even client count is the more useful way to read it, because it tells you when to switch each line on:
| Your stack | Fixed monthly cost | Net per client at $297 | Clients to cover the fixed cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unlimited, manual invoicing | $297 | $297 | 1 |
| Agency Pro only | $497 | $297 | 2 |
| Agency Pro + AI Employee Growth for each client | $497 | $247 | 3 |
| Agency Pro + white-label mobile app | $994 | $297 | 4 |
| Agency Pro + mobile app + AI Growth for each client | $994 | $247 | 5 |
Three lessons fall out of the arithmetic:
- The platform is cheap relative to the resale price. Add-ons are not. The $497 plan disappears behind two clients. Ten clients on AI Employee Growth cost more than the plan itself, so if your offer includes conversational AI, price it as its own line or include it only on a higher tier of your own plans.
- Unlimited plus manual invoicing keeps $200 more per month. The same ten clients on Unlimited at $297 leave $2,673 before add-ons, versus $2,473 on Agency Pro. SaaS Mode has to earn that gap back through usage markup and saved admin time, which it does at volume and does not at three clients.
- The mobile app needs its own business case. At $497 a month it is a fixed cost that only makes sense if clients ask for an app or your niche expects one. A branded web app on your domain is what most local-business clients actually open day to day.
How to set up GoHighLevel white label
Direct answer: pick the plan, point a subdomain at HighLevel, upload your branding and legal links, verify your sending domain, build a snapshot per niche, then (on Agency Pro) connect Stripe and configure your plans. Add the mobile app last, if at all.
Use this as a checklist. The order matters because clients should never see a half-branded login.
- Choose the plan for the job. Unlimited at $297 a month for branding, sub-accounts and at-cost rebilling; Agency Pro at $497 a month if you want SaaS Mode. Upgrades mid-cycle are prorated, so you can start on Unlimited and move up when the first self-serve client is ready to buy.
- Set the white-label domain. Pick a subdomain such as app.youragency.com, create the DNS record HighLevel shows you in the agency-level white-label domain settings, and wait for the certificate to issue. Test the login page on that domain before you invite anyone.
- Upload branding and legal pages. Logo, colours, and the privacy policy and terms URLs that appear on your branded login page. Without them the page looks unfinished, and the mobile app process will ask for the same URLs later.
- Verify your sending domain. Add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so client emails go out under your domain, whether you use LC Email at $0.675 per 1,000 emails or a provider of your own.
- Build one snapshot per niche. Pipelines, calendars, workflows, email and SMS sequences, all pre-configured. This is the single biggest lever on onboarding time and the thing SaaS Mode attaches to each plan.
- Decide on the mobile app. If you buy the $497 a month add-on, the help center lists what you need before you can publish: an Apple Developer Program organisation account (Apple requires a D-U-N-S number), a Google Play Console organisation account, public privacy and terms URLs, and stable bundle identifiers after the first production release so updates keep flowing. Branding, navigation and custom modules are configured in the Mobile App customiser from Agency View.
- Switch on SaaS Mode (Agency Pro only). Connect Stripe, configure plans in the SaaS Configurator with price, trial, snapshot and rebilling profit, then build the pricing page with a two-step order form in your agency sub-account.
- Set rebilling per service. In Agency View under Reselling, enable each service you want to pass on (phone, email, WhatsApp, AI Employee, workflow premium actions) and set at-cost or marked-up pricing. Remember that AI Employee rebilling is an Agency Pro feature.
- Plan support before launch. Clients will contact you. Write the help articles, set up a support inbox on your domain, and decide whether HighLevel's $500 a month Premium Support is worth it for your own escalations.
When GoHighLevel white label is worth it (and when it is not)
Direct answer: worth it when you sell a marketing platform (CRM, funnels, SMS, email, reputation) to several clients under your brand and want one login for all of it. Not worth it when your product is a service, when you have fewer clients than the break-even table needs, or when the only thing you want white-labelled is the DM conversation layer.
Worth it when:
- You resell software subscriptions to local businesses or to a niche (dental, real estate, gyms) and want them to see your brand, your domain and your invoice. Nothing in the DM-automation space matches GoHighLevel's sub-account and white-label system for this. Our GoHighLevel alternatives piece covers Vendasta and SuiteDash if you want to compare white-label suites.
- You already run the CRM, funnels and calendars for clients and are paying for the stack anyway; consolidating onto Unlimited often costs less than the separate tools it replaces.
- You onboard self-serve and want Stripe checkout, dunning and auto-provisioning to run without you; that is exactly what SaaS Mode automates.
Not worth it when:
- You are a services-first agency with a handful of retainers. Unlimited gives you the branding; SaaS Mode adds $200 a month for automation you will not use. Our how to start an AI agency guide covers how services-first agencies package and price the offer instead.
- You are a coach or creator running one business. You would be paying agency prices for a single sub-account, and the conversational AI you want is an add-on per sub-account. Our ManyChat vs GoHighLevel comparison explains the DM-tool side of that trade-off.
- Your agency's actual product is booked calls from Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger DMs. GoHighLevel can route those conversations into its inbox, but the AI that qualifies and books is AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per client, and its client-facing SaaS bundle is built around SMS, web chat and reviews, not social DMs. If that is you, read the next section before you upgrade to Agency Pro.
Two honest adjacent options for GoHighLevel agencies: CloseBot is an agentic setter that lives inside GoHighLevel and has its own white-label client portal and Stripe rebilling, and Appointwise is a GHL-native AI setter with an agency tier. Both keep you inside the GoHighLevel ecosystem, and both sit on top of the GoHighLevel bill.
White-labelling the DM setter layer instead (SetSmart)
Direct answer: if what you sell is appointment setting in the DMs, you can white-label SetSmart instead of paying GoHighLevel $497 a month for SaaS Mode, or alongside a GoHighLevel Unlimited plan you keep for the CRM. It is not a GoHighLevel replacement for funnels, email or SMS; it is the AI setter for Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger that qualifies leads and books the call into the client's calendar.
SetSmart's white-label mode is switched on from the app, under Settings and then Advanced, on a Pro, Scale or Enterprise subscription. It is a mode of your existing plan, not a separate product. What the agency gets, all of it live today:
- Client workspaces. Create, rename and delete a workspace per client, open it as if you were them to connect channels and build their assistant, and come back to your agency account from a banner at the top of the page. Every message a client workspace sends counts on your plan's quota, and neither you nor your clients need AI keys.
- A client portal on a share link, with no login. Each client gets a link to their own dashboard, connections hub and analytics, with your agency name and logo at the top of every page (leave both empty for a neutral look). The Messenger is on by default so clients can read conversations, reply themselves and pause the AI on a lead; the assistant and script editor is off by default. Revoke and regenerate the link whenever you need to.
- A connect hub per client. One unbranded page where the client connects their own WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Calendly, GoHighLevel, Cal.com or iClosed account, and you can deep-link straight to one integration. The Meta authorisation screens themselves are served on setsmart.io, as Meta requires; everything around them is yours.
- Your own domain. Add forms.youragency.com in the app, create the DNS records shown, click Verify, and from then on every client link (portal, hub, analytics, forms) is generated on your domain with no mention of our platform anywhere.
- Alerts under your name. Booking alerts posted to the client's Slack carry your agency's name and icon. Clients never receive SetSmart emails; you can opt in to receive their booking alerts in your own inbox.
- An API and MCP access. Per-client API keys you can rotate, endpoints to create, list, rename and delete clients, generate a connect link, read and update a client's prompt, list conversations and read usage. It is all in the white-label section of the API documentation.
The setter itself is the same one a direct SetSmart customer gets: a custom script per client built in the same assistant builder, the same booking flow into Calendly, GoHighLevel, Cal.com or iClosed calendars, and the same Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger channels. It books the call; the client or their closer runs the sale. That is the model our best AI setters roundup and the AI DM setter guide describe, and it is the layer most appointment setting services are now productising.
Pricing is your plan's message quota, pooled across clients. Pro is $97/month with 1,000 messages, Scale is $297/month with 4,000 messages, and Enterprise is $797/month with 15,000 messages, all on the Advanced engine. Above the included volume, extra messages are $100 per 1,000 on Pro, $70 per 1,000 on Scale and $40 per 1,000 on Enterprise. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free, and Pro and Scale start with a free 7-day trial. You invoice your clients with your own tool at whatever price you set; there is no rebilling module.
What it does not do, so you can plan around it: no white-label mobile app, no Stripe Connect or rebilling module (you bill clients yourself), the Meta OAuth screens stay on setsmart.io, no per-client billing inside SetSmart, and no SMS or email marketing, website builder or CRM pipeline. If you need those, keep GoHighLevel for them. For website chat under your brand, see our roundup of white label AI chatbot platforms.
| Need | GoHighLevel white label | SetSmart white-label mode |
|---|---|---|
| CRM, funnels, websites, email and SMS under your brand | Yes, from Unlimited | No |
| Self-serve checkout, dunning and markup rebilling | Yes, SaaS Mode on Agency Pro | No, you invoice with your own tool |
| White-label mobile app | Yes, $497 a month add-on | No |
| AI that qualifies Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger DMs and books the call | AI Employee add-on, $50 or $97 a month per sub-account | Included, Advanced engine, pooled messages |
| Client-facing pages on your domain | Branded desktop app and login | Portal, connect hub, analytics and forms |
| Booking alerts under your brand | Inside the platform | Slack alerts with your name and icon, no SetSmart emails to clients |
| Per-client API | Basic on Unlimited, advanced on Agency Pro | Per-workspace keys plus MCP access |
| Ten clients with conversational AI, before usage | Agency Pro $497 plus AI Growth $500, so $997 a month | Scale $297 a month with 4,000 pooled messages, then $70 per 1,000 |
| Best for | Reselling a full marketing platform | Selling booked calls from DMs |
Where that leaves a DM-setting agency: if you already run GoHighLevel Unlimited for CRM and funnels, keep it and add SetSmart's white-label mode for the conversation layer; the setter books into the client's GoHighLevel calendar, so the client's pipeline still lives where it lived. If your only product is booked calls from Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, Scale at $297/month gives ten clients a pooled 4,000 messages a month before top-ups and removes the case for Agency Pro entirely. The details and onboarding flow are on our white-label page and the agencies page, and our SetSmart vs GoHighLevel comparison covers the single-business case. If you are migrating clients off ManyChat, the ManyChat alternative for agencies guide covers that path, and SMMA marketing covers how agencies package DM setting as an offer.
Bottom line
- GoHighLevel white label is a $297 a month feature (Unlimited): your domain, your branded desktop app, unlimited sub-accounts, usage rebilled at cost.
- SaaS Mode is a $200 a month upgrade to Agency Pro at $497: Stripe checkout, automatic sub-account creation, dunning, markup rebilling and the advanced API. It is worth it at volume and for self-serve sales, not for a handful of retainers.
- The white-label mobile app is $497 a month on top on every plan except Enterprise, and it needs Apple and Google organisation developer accounts before you can publish.
- The per-sub-account add-ons (AI Employee at $50 or $97, WhatsApp at $10) scale with client count and can outgrow the plan fee by the tenth client; price them explicitly in your own plans.
- At a $297 resale price, Agency Pro covers itself on client two, and the full stack (Agency Pro, mobile app, AI Growth on every client) on client five.
- If your product is booked calls from Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, white-labelling SetSmart on Pro, Scale or Enterprise gives you the client portal, connect hub, analytics, custom domain, branded Slack alerts and API for the DM layer, on top of GoHighLevel or instead of Agency Pro.
FAQ
How much does GoHighLevel white label cost?
At the time of writing (September 2026), the branded desktop app on your own domain comes with the Unlimited plan at $297 a month ($2,970 a year). SaaS Mode, with Stripe checkout and markup rebilling, is on Agency Pro at $497 a month ($4,970 a year). The white-label mobile app is an add-on at $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter, and per-sub-account extras such as AI Employee ($50 or $97 a month) and WhatsApp ($10 a month) are billed on top.
Which GoHighLevel plan includes SaaS Mode?
Agency Pro at $497 a month. It adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling of phone and email with markup, user and agent reporting and advanced API access to everything in Unlimited. Enterprise, which is custom-priced, includes the full feature set of the highest plan. Unlimited at $297 lets you rebill phone and email at cost but not with a markup.
Can I white label the GoHighLevel mobile app?
Yes, as a paid add-on. The help center lists the Whitelabel Mobile App at $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter, and it is only included in the Enterprise plan. Publishing requires an Apple Developer Program organisation account (Apple asks for a D-U-N-S number), a Google Play Console organisation account and public privacy and terms URLs. Third-party guides that say the app comes with Agency Pro are out of date.
Does GoHighLevel white label include a custom domain?
Yes. Custom domains for funnels and websites work on every plan, and the branded platform domain, where your clients log in and see your logo and colours instead of HighLevel's, is included from the Unlimited plan at $297 a month. GoHighLevel's white-label CRM page lists it on the Unlimited card as the branded desktop app with custom domains.
Is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode worth it?
It is worth the $200 a month step up from Unlimited if you sell software subscriptions, onboard clients self-serve and take a markup on usage. With ten clients paying $297, Agency Pro leaves $2,473 a month before add-ons versus $2,673 on Unlimited, so SaaS Mode has to earn back $200 through usage margin and saved admin. With three or four retainer clients you invoice manually, it usually does not.
Is there a cheaper white-label option for DM appointment setting?
Yes, if the DM layer is all you need to white-label. SetSmart's managed agency mode runs on the Pro plan at $97/month (1,000 pooled messages), Scale at $297/month (4,000) or Enterprise at $797/month (15,000), and gives you client workspaces, a branded client portal and connect hub, analytics, your own domain, Slack alerts under your name and a per-client API. It books calls from Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger into Calendly, GoHighLevel, Cal.com or iClosed calendars. It does not replace GoHighLevel's CRM, funnels, SMS or email, and it has no rebilling module or mobile app.
