SleekFlow Pricing 2026: New Plans + WhatsApp DM Costs

SleekFlow pricing in 2026 starts at $49 a month for Essential, $109 for Pro and $279 for Premium, but only on yearly billing. Month to month, the same plans cost $69, $139 and $349. Enterprise is custom. On top of the plan you pay for bigger contact tiers, extra seats, a $15 monthly fee to host your WhatsApp number, and Meta's WhatsApp message fees, which are never included.

If you are a coach, creator or small agency answering Instagram and WhatsApp DMs, three numbers decide your real bill far more than the plan name: how many different people message you each month, how many people answer those DMs, and how much WhatsApp traffic you send. We checked every figure below on October 31, 2026 against the US version of sleekflow.io/pricing (including the contact-tier price list the page's slider uses), SleekFlow's FAQ updated October 22, 2026, its Fair Use Policy and its help center.

One warning before the tables: SleekFlow changed its price card this autumn. Plenty of pages, including our own SleekFlow review from August, still quote Pro at $149 to $199 and Premium at $349 to $399 with a separate "AI" toggle. Those were the previous plans. There is now a cheaper Essential tier, AI agents sit inside Pro, and Pro includes 10 seats. If you want the product verdict (features, pros, cons), read the review. This page is only about money.

SleekFlow Pricing Plans at a Glance (2026)

SleekFlow sells four plans. Prices below are the US list in USD; SleekFlow shows different prices by region, and its pricing page notes that Essential is "currently rolling out by country", so it may not appear for you yet.

What each plan unlocks, in one line each:

  • Essential: the omnichannel inbox, an AI inbox co-pilot that helps your team draft replies, simple automations, lifecycle management (a kanban of where each contact stands) and basic analytics. No AI agents, no Broadcast and no Flow Builder. SleekFlow's own FAQ says it "works best when your team replies to customers one by one."
  • Pro: everything in Essential plus AI agents that answer from your knowledge base and hand over to a human, Broadcast campaigns, the Flow Builder (up to 50 active flows), Shopify, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make and Facebook Lead Ads integrations, and API access. This is the plan the free trial runs on.
  • Premium: everything in Pro plus AI agents that act inside your other systems, HTTP request and webhook automations, native CRM sync, the Meta Conversions API and TikTok Instant Forms, role-based access control, advanced analytics, multiple workspaces, 100 active flows and 60-day dedicated onboarding.
  • Enterprise: custom contacts and seats, AI implementation services, data masking, SLAs, conversation export and 200 active flows.

SleekFlow states that all messaging, email and call channels are "included on every plan": WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, live chat, WeChat, LINE, Telegram and Viber. What changes between plans is how many channels you can connect at once (5 on Essential, 10 on Pro and Premium) and, much more importantly, what automation you can run on them.

What Changed in SleekFlow Pricing This Year

If the numbers above do not match what you saw last month, you are not imagining it. As recently as mid-October 2026, third-party teardowns of SleekFlow's price card (eesel's, edited October 14, is the most detailed) described a different structure: Pro at $149 a month yearly or $199 monthly with an "Unlimited AI" toggle, Pro without AI at $119 to $149, and Premium at $349 to $399 with AI. Pro came with 3 seats and Premium with 5.

The current US card simplifies that:

  • No AI toggle. AI agents are simply part of Pro and Premium. You no longer pay extra on top of the plan to switch them on.
  • A new entry plan. Essential gives you the inbox without automation, for teams that reply by hand.
  • Lower headline prices. Pro with AI dropped from $149 to $109 a month on yearly billing, and Premium with AI from $349 to $279.
  • More seats. Pro and Premium now both include 10 seats.

SleekFlow's own pages have not all caught up. Its FAQ still contains an older line about a free plan with 50 monthly active contacts and "Pro AI: 2,000 Monthly Active Contacts", while the pricing page shows no free plan at all. Treat the live pricing page as the source of truth, screenshot it on the day you buy, and ask sales to confirm anything that looks inconsistent.

Monthly vs Yearly: How Much the Annual Plan Saves

The pricing page opens on the yearly toggle ("save 20%"), so the cards read $49, $109 and $279. Switch to monthly and they read $69, $139 and $349. The real savings per year:

  • Essential: $588 a year instead of 12 monthly payments of $69, a saving of $240 (about 29%).
  • Pro: $1,308 a year instead of 12 payments of $139 ($1,668), a saving of $360 (about 22%).
  • Premium: $3,348 a year instead of 12 payments of $349 ($4,188), a saving of $840 (about 20%).

Two contract details matter more than the discount:

  1. Cancellation needs written notice. SleekFlow's FAQ says Pro and Premium monthly plans need written notice at least 7 days before the end of the term, and yearly plans at least 30 days before. Miss the window and the subscription renews for another equal term at the then-current rate.
  2. Fees are generally not refundable if you cancel before the end of a term. A yearly plan is a yearly commitment.

For a coach testing whether an inbox tool is worth it, month to month is the safer start, even at the premium. Commit to a year only once you know your real contact volume, because volume is what moves the bill.

How Monthly Active Contacts Drive Your SleekFlow Bill

SleekFlow does not charge for the size of your contact list. It charges for monthly active contacts (MACs): people you actually exchanged messages with during a billing month. Contact storage is unlimited on every plan.

According to SleekFlow's pricing FAQ, a contact counts as active when:

  • they send you any message, or
  • they receive a message from you through the inbox, the Flow Builder, an AI agent, WhatsApp coexistence or the API.

A contact does not count if they only received a one-way broadcast and did not reply or react, or if they only sit in your database (imported, added by hand or synced from another tool). Each person counts once per month no matter how many messages you exchange, and SleekFlow's own rule of thumb is that a business chatting with 20 unique customers a day typically lands around 450 MACs a month, because many daily chats are repeat contacts.

SleekFlow contact tier prices (US list)

The contact slider on the pricing page is not decoration. Pro and Premium are sold in contact tiers, and the price steps up with each tier:

Plan and contact tierBilled monthlyBilled yearly (per month)
Pro, 500 MACs$139$109
Pro, 1,000 MACs$189$149
Pro, 2,000 MACs$249$199
Premium, 1,000 MACs$349$279
Premium, 2,000 MACs$419$329
Premium, 4,000 MACs$549$439
Premium, 8,000 MACs$749$599

Two things stand out. First, Pro tops out at 2,000 contacts on the slider; past that you are looking at Premium or a sales conversation. Second, Essential behaves differently: its price does not move on the slider (it stays at $69 monthly or $49 yearly all the way from 500 to 8,000 contacts), and the comparison table lists its contact add-on as "Unlimited" while the plan card still says "starts with 500". That reads like a deliberately generous inbox-only plan, but the page is not fully consistent, so confirm your contact allowance with SleekFlow in writing before you rely on it.

What happens when you go over your contact limit

Nothing stops by default. SleekFlow's FAQ says it "automatically adds 100 MACs at a time to keep your messages, automations, and broadcasts running", and those extra contacts only last for that billing month before your limit resets. The comparison table prices the add-on at $20 per 100 MACs on Pro and Premium.

That auto-scaling is convenient, but do the math if it happens every month:

  • On Pro, going from 500 to 1,000 contacts through add-ons costs 5 blocks of $20, so $100 extra. Moving up to the 1,000 tier costs $50 extra on monthly billing. The tier is half the price.
  • On Premium, running 6,000 contacts on the 4,000 tier means 20 blocks of $20 ($400) on top of $549, so $949 for the month. The 8,000 tier is $749.

The rule: auto-scaling is a safety net for a spike, not a pricing plan. If you go over two months in a row, move up a tier.

Why DM-heavy coaches feel this more than support teams

Contact billing was designed for support and ecommerce teams with a steady stream of customers. Creator businesses are spikier. A Reel with a "comment GUIDE" call to action can trigger hundreds or thousands of automated DMs in a weekend, and every person who receives one of those Flow Builder messages becomes an active contact for the month, whether or not they ever reply. SleekFlow does support this mechanic on Instagram (its "Reply to post or reel comments" flow template replies publicly, waits a few seconds and then sends the DM), but because it runs on the Flow Builder, it needs Pro or higher. If comment-to-DM automation is the core of your funnel, size your tier for launch months, not quiet months.

SleekFlow User Seats: What Extra Users Cost

Seats are the one meter most coaches will not hit on the new card. Included seats and add-on prices (US list):

  • Essential: 3 seats included, extra seats $15 each per month.
  • Pro: 10 seats included, extra seats $25 each per month.
  • Premium: 10 seats included, extra seats $25 each per month.
  • Enterprise: custom, extra seats $29 each per month, with volume discounts.

A coach with two setters and a virtual assistant fits comfortably inside Pro's 10 seats. Seats only start to matter for agencies or bigger sales teams working one inbox, which is exactly who SleekFlow is built for.

AI Agents and AI Credits on SleekFlow

AI agents (built in SleekFlow's AgentFlow) start on Pro. You describe the job, add knowledge sources such as files, web pages or custom answers, set tone and guardrails, test, then deploy the agent to a channel and choose when it hands over to your team.

What the pricing page does not spell out is that agent replies are metered. SleekFlow's FAQ says "each reply uses AI agent credits from your plan's monthly allowance, as set out in our Fair Use Policy", and the Fair Use Policy ties that allowance to your contact tier:

Contact (MAC) tierAI agent credits per month
5005,000
1,00010,000
2,00020,000
4,00040,000
8,00080,000

That works out to 10 credits per active contact. For most small businesses it is plenty, but a long qualifying conversation uses far more replies than a "where is my order" question, so a coach whose AI runs 10 to 15 replies per lead should watch the usage panel during the first month.

The same Fair Use Policy also caps a few rows the pricing page calls "Unlimited": Broadcast messages at 30,000 a month on Pro and 200,000 on Premium, and Flow enrollment credits at 20,000 a month on Pro and 200,000 on Premium. The policy says SleekFlow may suspend features if you exceed those limits.

Three practical limits for a coach who wants the AI to book calls:

  1. The agent only replies; it does not start conversations. For outbound messages you use Broadcast or the Flow Builder with an approved WhatsApp template.
  2. Leads from Click-to-WhatsApp ads need their own deployment on the ad trigger, per SleekFlow's setup guide. If you run click-to-WhatsApp ads, budget the setup time.
  3. Letting the agent check bookings or other systems is a Premium feature. SleekFlow's FAQ says connecting integrations so the agent can "check orders, bookings, or other systems" requires Premium or Enterprise. On Pro, the agent can answer and hand over, but checking live calendar availability through your own systems means stepping up to at least $279 a month.

Are WhatsApp and Instagram Fees Included?

Instagram and Messenger: yes, effectively. SleekFlow's FAQ says most instant messaging channels have no additional charges beyond the subscription, and Meta does not charge per message on Instagram DMs.

WhatsApp: no. SleekFlow lists three separate costs for the WhatsApp Business API:

  1. Your SleekFlow subscription.
  2. A WhatsApp number hosting fee of $15 a month (US list, October 2026), per number.
  3. Meta's per-message fees, billed per SleekFlow's WhatsApp rate card and set by your customer's country, not yours.

Since July 2025, Meta bills WhatsApp per delivered template message. Marketing templates are always charged, and utility templates are free only inside the 24-hour customer service window. The newer change matters for AI: SleekFlow's FAQ notes that AI agent replies are WhatsApp service messages, and "since 1 Oct 2026, Meta bills these at the utility rate once a number has used its monthly free allowance, and a reply split into several messages is billed as several messages." For a coach with a few hundred inbound conversations a month, that allowance is usually enough, but a chatty AI on a busy number can now generate a WhatsApp bill even when it never sends a template. Our WhatsApp Business API pricing guide explains the categories; always check the latest numbers on Meta's own pricing page.

SMS and VoIP have their own small hosting fees too ($1 a month per local number) plus per-segment or per-minute rates from the rate card.

The Instagram account catch

SleekFlow's FAQ says it connects Instagram Business accounts and that "personal/creator accounts NOT supported." Many coaches run Instagram Creator accounts for the music library and the personal-brand feel. If that is you, you would need to switch to a Business account before connecting SleekFlow; our Instagram Creator vs Business account guide covers what you give up. Instagram's 24-hour rule also applies: there is no human agent tag on Instagram, so once the window closes you have to wait for the lead to message again.

The Add-ons and Costs People Miss

Beyond plans, contacts and seats, these lines show up on real SleekFlow invoices or quotes:

  1. WhatsApp number hosting: $15 a month per number, every month, on top of the plan.
  2. 60-day dedicated onboarding: $999 one time if you are not on Premium (it is included in Premium). Pro users get free group onboarding sessions instead.
  3. CX Intelligence: conversation analytics sold as an add-on, starting at $99 and scaling with your monthly active contacts.
  4. Contact auto-scaling: $20 per 100 extra contacts each month you go over (see above).
  5. Broadcast template fees: every marketing template you send on WhatsApp is billed per message at the rate for the recipient's country.
  6. The trial ends hard. Every new user gets a 7-day Pro trial with 500 contacts, and SleekFlow says no card is needed to start it. If you do not subscribe by day 7, the workspace pauses: no messages in or out, no automations, no API calls. Your data stays, but your leads hit a dead inbox.

None of these are unusual for an omnichannel suite. They just add up quickly for a solo operator who expected one number.

What SleekFlow Really Costs a Coach: 3 Scenarios

Here is the arithmetic for three typical creator businesses on the US card. WhatsApp template costs use the North America marketing rate of about $0.029 per template that eesel's teardown of SleekFlow's rate card lists; check the live rate card for your markets.

Scenario 1: Solo online coach, about 400 contacts a month

A nutrition coach gets around 400 different people a month into her Instagram and WhatsApp DMs and wants an AI agent to answer them. She needs Pro (Essential has no AI agents), the 500-contact tier, one WhatsApp number, and she sends no broadcasts.

  • Yearly billing: $109 + $15 hosting = about $124 a month, paid as $1,308 upfront plus hosting.
  • Monthly billing: $139 + $15 hosting = about $154 a month.
  • WhatsApp service replies likely stay inside Meta's monthly free allowance at this volume.

Scenario 2: Coach plus two setters, launch month at 1,800 contacts

A fitness coach runs a comment-to-DM launch on Instagram and pulls 1,800 active contacts in the month. Three people work the inbox. He also sends 1,000 marketing templates to his US WhatsApp list.

  • Pro, 2,000-contact tier: $249 monthly or $199 yearly.
  • WhatsApp hosting: $15.
  • 1,000 US marketing templates: about $29.
  • Total: about $293 a month on monthly billing, about $243 on yearly. Seats are covered by Pro's 10.

If he wants the AI agent to look up availability in his own booking system before proposing a slot, that integration is Premium, and the 2,000-contact Premium tier is $419 monthly or $329 yearly.

Scenario 3: Coaching business running ads, 6,000 contacts and an integrated agent

A weight-loss coaching company runs Instagram and click-to-WhatsApp ads, handles about 6,000 active contacts a month across two WhatsApp numbers, and wants its agent wired into the booking system.

  • Premium, 8,000-contact tier (cheaper than the 4,000 tier plus 20 add-on blocks): $749 monthly or $599 yearly.
  • WhatsApp hosting for two numbers: $30.
  • Templates and any service replies beyond the free allowance: billed by country on top.
  • Total before WhatsApp traffic: about $779 a month monthly, about $629 yearly.

At that size SleekFlow's team features (routing, role-based access, multiple workspaces, dedicated onboarding) start earning their keep.

SleekFlow Pricing vs Other DM and WhatsApp Inboxes

How SleekFlow's billing model compares with the inbox tools coaches usually shortlist. Prices are each vendor's published entry points as last verified in our own reviews; always confirm on the vendor's site.

ToolBilling meterEntry priceWhatsApp fees
SleekFlowPlan + contact tier + seats$49 a month yearly (Essential, no AI agents), Pro $109 a month yearly or $139 monthlySleekFlow rate card + $15 a month number hosting
Respond.ioPlan + monthly active contacts + seats$79 a month yearly, $99 monthly (Starter, no AI Agents)Meta rate, no markup
WatiPlan + seats + message rate cardAround $49 a month yearly (Growth)Wati rate card
KommoPer seat, 6-month minimum term$25 per seat a month (Base)Meta fees on top

On the new card SleekFlow is now one of the cheaper ways into a real team inbox with AI agents: Pro at $109 a month yearly undercuts Respond.io's Growth plan, which is where Respond.io's AI Agents start, and it includes 10 seats. Respond.io still wins on WhatsApp markup and contact tiers that keep growing past 2,000 without a plan jump; see our Respond.io pricing breakdown and the Respond.io review. Wati is the WhatsApp-only option, detailed in our Wati pricing guide, and Kommo is the per-seat CRM route, covered in the Kommo review.

Where SleekFlow Wins, and When a Coach Does Not Need It

SleekFlow genuinely wins in a few situations:

  • You run a team. Ten seats on Pro, routing, assignment and lifecycle stages make it a strong shared inbox for setters, VAs and support staff.
  • You sell on many channels. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, live chat, WeChat, LINE, Telegram and Viber in one inbox is hard to match, especially for businesses in Asia and Latin America.
  • You sell products in chat. WhatsApp catalogs, Stripe payment links and Shopify integration are mature.
  • You broadcast a lot. Broadcast recipients who never reply do not count as active contacts, which keeps campaign-heavy businesses cheap on the contact meter.

Most solo coaches are not in that picture. Their DMs come from one or two channels, mostly Instagram, and the job is narrow: answer every inbound DM fast, ask the qualifying questions, follow up when leads go quiet, and get the right people onto a booked sales call. The close happens on that call, with the coach or a closer, not in the chat. Our guide to the appointment setter role explains that hand-off.

Follow-up is where most of the money hides. Across the 828K AI DM conversations we analyzed, 53% died before message 3, and a single follow-up doubled booked calls. A generic support agent that answers and hands over does not chase those leads by default; a dedicated AI setter does. It replies in your voice on Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, follows up automatically, qualifies against your criteria and proposes calendar slots in the chat through Calendly, Cal.com, iClosed or GoHighLevel, without a Premium integration project. It also connects Business or Creator Instagram accounts.

The billing model is different too. SetSmart bills per AI message, not per contact: each AI reply is one message, and WhatsApp templates count as half a message. The Pro plan is a free 7-day trial, then $97/month with 1,000 messages included, and Scale is $297/month with 4,000. Neither model is cheaper in every case. Contact billing tends to favor many short exchanges with lots of people; message billing tends to favor fewer, deeper qualifying conversations that end in a booked call. Run your own last 30 days of DMs through both before you decide.

As Mathis Ladoué, an online fitness coach with 22.4K followers, puts it: "I book 15 to 25 calls per week... without managing a single setter."

FAQ

How much does SleekFlow cost per month?

On the US list, SleekFlow costs $69 a month for Essential, $139 for Pro and $349 for Premium on monthly billing. Billed yearly, the same plans work out to about $49, $109 and $279 a month ($588, $1,308 and $3,348 a year). Enterprise is custom. Bigger contact tiers, extra seats, WhatsApp number hosting ($15 a month) and Meta's WhatsApp fees are added on top.

Does SleekFlow have a free plan?

No. The current pricing page has no free plan, only a 7-day free trial of Pro with 500 monthly active contacts. If you do not subscribe by day 7, the workspace pauses until you do. An older line in SleekFlow's FAQ still mentions a free plan with 50 contacts, but it is not offered on the pricing page.

Are WhatsApp fees included in SleekFlow pricing?

No. WhatsApp costs come on top of the subscription: a $15 monthly hosting fee per WhatsApp number plus Meta's per-message fees, billed through SleekFlow's rate card by the recipient's country. Since October 1, 2026, AI agent replies on WhatsApp are billed at the utility rate once a number uses up its monthly free allowance.

Is SleekFlow cheaper monthly or yearly?

Yearly is cheaper: about 29% off Essential, 22% off Pro and 20% off Premium. The catch is the commitment. Fees are generally not refundable if you cancel early, and yearly plans need written cancellation notice at least 30 days before renewal (7 days for monthly plans).

What happens if I exceed my SleekFlow contact limit?

Your inbox keeps working. SleekFlow automatically adds 100 monthly active contacts at a time for the rest of that billing month, priced at $20 per 100 on Pro and Premium. If you go over regularly, moving up a contact tier is usually cheaper than paying for add-on blocks.

Does SleekFlow Essential include AI agents?

No. Essential includes the omnichannel inbox, an AI co-pilot that helps your team write replies, simple automations and basic analytics, but AI agents, Broadcast and the Flow Builder start on Pro. If you want automated replies to Instagram or WhatsApp DMs, or Instagram comment-to-DM flows, Pro is the minimum plan.
