Kommo Pricing 2026: Real Cost for WhatsApp & Instagram

Kommo pricing in 2026 is $25 per user per month for Base, $35 for Advanced and $45 for Pro on Kommo's English pricing page, with Enterprise quoted on request. Those are monthly equivalents, not monthly plans: the shortest subscription is six months paid upfront, so one Pro seat is a $270 bill on day one. Base and Advanced went up on September 1, 2026, and they now have regional prices, which is why Kommo's Spanish page shows $20 and $30 for the same two plans.

If you are a coach, creator or small team selling through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, the plan price is only the first of four meters. The others are the length of your commitment, the AI credits your AI agent burns on every reply, and Meta's WhatsApp message fees. We checked every number below on November 5, 2026 against Kommo's pricing page (English and Spanish versions, including the term selector), its help center articles on plans, limits, billing and AI credits, and Kommo's own posts announcing the September price change.

This page goes deeper on cost than our Kommo CRM review, which covers the features, the AI agent and who Kommo suits. Here we only answer one question: what will you actually pay?

Kommo pricing at a glance (November 2026)

Kommo sells four plans, all priced per paid user (Kommo calls them seats), and every user in a workspace must be on the same plan. Here is the grid as the two public pricing pages show it today.

Plan English page Spanish (Latin America) page What it adds
Base $25 per user per month ($150 per user for 6 months) $20 per user per month ($120 for 6 months) Unified inbox, pipelines, dashboard, Calendar, AI reply suggestions, summaries and writing help. No AI agent for new customers.
Advanced $35 per user per month ($210 for 6 months) $30 per user per month ($180 for 6 months) Pipeline automation, broadcasting, no-code bots (Salesbot), up to 3 active AI agents, missed message detection
Pro $45 per user per month ($270 for 6 months) $45 per user per month ($270 for 6 months) Booking page and links, AI appointment booking, voice message handling, ad audiences, sales and marketing analytics, up to 50 AI agents
Enterprise Custom Custom SSO, enterprise security, SLA, scheduled backups, dedicated account manager

Three things in that table matter more than the headline numbers. Kommo bills in US dollars everywhere except Brazil, which pays in reais. The price you see on the website is not always the price in your workspace, because Base and Advanced now depend on your billing country. And the "per month" figure is an average over a prepaid term, never a month-to-month plan.

What changed on September 1, 2026

Kommo held its prices for about ten years, then raised the two entry plans for new customers on September 1, 2026. Its English announcement put the increase at $10 per user per month, taking Base to $25 and Advanced to $35. Its Spanish announcement, aimed at Latin America, put the increase at $5, taking the same plans to $20 and $30. Pro did not change anywhere: it is $45 on both pages.

The rules for who pays the new price are clear and worth knowing before you renew or switch plans:

  • New customers who subscribe to Base or Advanced on or after September 1 pay the new price.
  • Existing customers keep their old price for as long as they stay on the same plan, and adding seats does not trigger the new price.
  • If your subscription lapses, you have a three-month grace period to renew at your old price. Kommo's own example: a subscription that expired on September 15, 2026 can be renewed at the old price until December 15, 2026.
  • Any plan change (upgrade or downgrade) moves you to the new pricing. If you are on an old Advanced rate, think twice before switching plans.

This was the second change of the year. On June 1, 2026 Kommo rebuilt what each plan includes: the AI agent disappeared from Base for new customers, and Base and Advanced got caps on WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts. That is why most Kommo pricing tables you will find online are wrong in one direction or the other. Older reviews still quote $15, $25 and $45, and many comparison pages still describe a Base plan with an AI agent.

Regional pricing: why your Kommo price may differ

Since September 1, Base and Advanced have regional pricing for new users. When you buy your first subscription, Kommo detects your location and saves it as your billing country, and that country sets the price of the subscription, every renewal and every extra seat you add later. If the billing country is wrong, you have to ask support to change it.

In practice:

  • Kommo does not publish the list of countries or the price for each. The help center tells you to compare the website price with the amount shown in Settings, then Billing, in your own workspace, because the two can differ.
  • The Spanish page is the only public regional grid. It lists Base (Básico) at $20 and Advanced (Avanzado) at $30, still billed in US dollars. If you sell to Latin America, our Spanish breakdown of Kommo precios walks through that grid with local examples.
  • Pro is the same price everywhere. If you are going to need AI booking anyway, regional pricing does not help you.
  • Local currency only through partners. Kommo itself charges cards and PayPal in USD (Brazil uses card or Pix in BRL). If you want an invoice in your own currency, Kommo points you to a local reseller partner.

For a buyer outside the US this has a practical consequence: do not budget from a screenshot or a third-party table. Start the trial, open the Billing page, and read the price Kommo will actually charge your billing country.

No monthly plan: the 6-month minimum and term discounts

Kommo has no month-to-month option. The minimum subscription is six months, and the pricing page's term selector offers 9 months, 1 year and 2 years at a discount. The discounts are coded into the page at 11.11%, 16.66% and 25%, which is easier to read as "9 months for the price of 8, 12 months for the price of 10, and 24 months for the price of 18".

Here is what one seat costs upfront on the English page for each term:

Term Discount Base, per user Advanced, per user Pro, per user
6 months None $150 $210 $270
9 months 11.11% $200 $280 $360
1 year 16.66% $250 $350 $450
2 years 25% $450 $630 $810

On the Spanish page the same logic gives Base at $120, $160, $200 and $360 per user, and Advanced at $180, $240, $300 and $540, for 6, 9, 12 and 24 months.

The longer terms are cheaper per month, but the money is locked. Kommo's billing FAQ says a subscription cannot be shortened once purchased, and payments are non-refundable except in cases it reviews individually or where the law requires it. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. For a coach testing whether automation pays off, the six-month term is already a real commitment; a two-year term only makes sense once Kommo runs your whole sales process.

AI credits: the second meter on every Kommo plan

Every AI feature in Kommo, from reply suggestions to the AI agent that answers your DMs, draws from one shared pool of credits. Each seat adds a fixed monthly allowance to the pool, credits reset on your billing date each month, and unused credits expire. If the pool runs dry, the AI agent stops replying until the credits renew or an admin buys more.

The allowance only makes sense once you convert it into replies. Kommo's own AI pricing guide gives a reference rate of about 15 credits per AI agent reply and 100 to 200 credits per AI analyst request. At that rate:

Plan AI credits per seat per month AI agent replies per seat (about 15 credits each) Active AI agents
Base 750 About 50 (but no AI agent for new customers) None (1 on older plans)
Advanced 1,250 About 83 3
Pro 2,250 About 150 50
Enterprise 2,250 About 150 Up to 500 on new plans

That is the number most Kommo pricing pages skip. A solo coach on one Advanced seat gets roughly 83 AI agent replies a month before buying anything else. If a qualifying conversation takes eight to ten replies, that covers fewer than ten leads a month. Kommo's 14-day trial includes 1,800 credits per seat, which can make the AI agent feel more generous during the test than it will be on Advanced.

Kommo also says AI agent actions can use up to three times fewer credits once you buy extra credits, so the per-reply cost drops for heavy users. Treat the 15-credit figure as a planning estimate, not a fixed price, and check the Activity log during your trial to see what your own conversations consume.

Kommo AI credit packages

When the included pool is not enough, Kommo sells paid AI credit packages on top of the subscription:

  • Starter: $29 a month, or $10 a month if you are on Pro.
  • Growth: $99 a month (the upgrade example in Kommo's guide is "(99 minus 29) times 6 months remaining = $420").
  • Scale, the largest package, with the option to add up to 400,000 extra credits per month in steps of 5,000 using the calculator in Billing.

A first purchase must cover at least three months, paid upfront, so the smallest new Starter order is $87. Renewals can be as short as one month, and a package can never run past the end of your subscription. Kommo does not publish the number of credits in each package in its guide; you see it at checkout. Its help center also describes buying extra credits in 5,000-credit steps, from 5,000 to 1,000,000 a month, so expect the checkout to show the exact options for your account.

Channel limits: WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts per plan

Since June 2026, the number of WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts you can connect depends on the plan and the number of seats. This is a hidden cost for anyone running several brands or a coach plus a team account.

Limit Base Advanced Pro and Enterprise
WhatsApp numbers 1 included, +1 per added user 3 included, +1 per added user after that Unlimited
Instagram accounts 1 included, +1 per added user 3 included, +1 per added user after that Unlimited
Active leads per seat 2,500 5,000 10,000 on Pro
Facebook pages / Telegram / TikTok Unlimited / unlimited / 1 Unlimited / unlimited / 1 Unlimited / unlimited / 1

The Instagram feature set is the same story. The pricing page lists comment-to-DM, follow-to-DM, story reply automation, conversation starters and keyword triggers, and the help center places bot-driven flows on Advanced or higher. On Base you get the inbox, not the automation. If your main need is a ready-made Instagram flow rather than a CRM, our Instagram CRM roundup compares lighter options.

Leads are the other limit to watch. Leads in the Incoming leads stage count toward your total, while leads moved to Closed won or Closed lost do not. A busy Instagram account that never closes out cold leads can hit the cap and get a 24-hour warning before new leads are blocked from chats and automations.

Seats, free users and team math

Kommo's seat rules decide how fast the bill grows with your team:

  • Paid users get full access to whatever features you allow them. Every paid user must be on the same plan.
  • Free users can be added at no cost, but they can only view and chat inside the client profiles that are specifically shared with them. For a VA who only answers a few assigned chats, that can save a seat.
  • Seats added mid-term are prorated to the time left on your subscription, and they are billed at your billing country's price.
  • More seats mean more AI credits and more channel slots, which is why Kommo often suggests buying seats when you hit a limit. For AI usage alone, Kommo itself says a credit package is the more cost-effective option.
  • Downgrades go through support. You can upgrade in Settings, then Billing, at any time, but downgrading requires a request to Kommo support and moves you to the new price grid.

WhatsApp and Instagram fees on top of Kommo pricing

Kommo does not add a fee per message, and its help center says so plainly. But Meta charges for WhatsApp, and that bill is separate from your Kommo subscription. As of November 2026:

  • Marketing, utility and authentication templates are billed per delivered message, by the recipient's country. Kommo notes that Meta raised marketing rates in Mexico on October 1, 2026 and in Spain, Italy and the UK on July 1, 2026.
  • Service messages (free-form replies inside the 24-hour window, including replies written by a third-party AI) became paid on October 1, 2026 after the first 1,000 per business number per month. Without a saved payment method in Meta, service messages after the first 1,000 are not delivered.
  • Utility templates sent inside an open 24-hour window are now charged too.
  • The free entry point window after a click-to-WhatsApp ad grew from 72 hours to up to seven days on September 28, 2026. Templates and service messages are free while it is open.
  • Meta Business Agent replies, if you use Meta's own agent, are billed by tokens at $2 per million since August 1, 2026; Meta estimates about four to five cents per typical reply.

Instagram DMs carry no Meta per-message fee, which is one reason Instagram-first coaches feel the WhatsApp bill less. For country-by-country template rates, see our WhatsApp Business API pricing guide, and for the inbox tools that resell those fees with a markup or a hosting charge, compare SleekFlow pricing and Respond.io pricing.

What Kommo really costs: three scenarios

These use the English page prices and the reference rate of about 15 credits per AI agent reply. Meta fees are left out because they depend on your template volume and your leads' countries.

1. Solo coach who wants the AI agent to answer and book. One Pro seat for six months is $270. AI booking in the chat is Pro-only, and 2,250 credits is about 150 AI agent replies a month. If that is not enough, the Starter package costs $10 a month on Pro, with a three-month minimum on the first order, so $30 more. First invoice: about $300 for six months, before Meta fees.

2. Coach plus two setters on Advanced, one year. Three seats at $350 each is $1,050 upfront, an average of $87.50 a month. The pool is 3,750 credits, about 250 AI agent replies a month across the team, with three active AI agents. There is no AI booking on Advanced, so the agent qualifies and hands off, and a setter or a bot sends the booking link.

3. Agency in Latin America running five client numbers on Básico. On the Spanish page, five Base seats for six months cost $600 and include five WhatsApp numbers and five Instagram accounts. There is no AI agent and no Salesbot on Base, so this is a shared inbox and pipeline, not automation. Moving to Avanzado for bots and AI agents makes it $900 for the same six months.

If you are comparing Kommo with other options for WhatsApp, our WhatsApp CRM guide covers the field in English, and the Spanish CRM para WhatsApp roundup covers the tools that sell most in Latin America.

Is the Kommo free trial really free?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial with access to all Pro features; the only restriction listed on the pricing page is media storage capped at 10 GB. Kommo does not ask for a card to start the trial. Customers already on Base or Advanced can also activate a one-time 14-day Pro features trial.

There is no free plan. The free WhatsApp Lite connection Kommo offers for a personal number is an integration option, not a plan, and it does not support broadcasts, templates, automations or multiple users.

Use the trial to answer the three pricing questions that matter: the price your billing country will be charged, how many credits your real conversations burn per reply, and whether your lead volume fits the per-seat limits.

Hidden costs to budget before you sign

Kommo is upfront that it charges no mandatory extra fees. The optional ones still add up:

  • Meta's WhatsApp fees, paid through your Meta billing, as described above.
  • AI credit packages, with a three-month minimum on a first purchase.
  • Chats API message packages, if you connect an external AI assistant or a custom app through Kommo's Chats API (successfully sent outgoing messages count against a separate allowance).
  • Paid third-party integrations from the marketplace.
  • Implementation. Kommo has a network of more than 5,000 partners, and many buyers pay one to design pipelines, Salesbot flows and AI agent sources. Partner fees are set by each partner.
  • Currency conversion. Outside the US and Brazil you pay in US dollars, so your bank's exchange rate applies.

Kommo pricing vs a DM-native AI setter

Kommo's price is fair for what it is: a chat-first sales CRM with a team inbox, pipelines, bots and AI agents, for $35 to $45 per seat a month. If two or more people work your inbox, if you sell across many channels, or if you run paid ads into chat and want audiences synced back to Meta, Kommo genuinely wins, and the per-seat model rewards that kind of team.

The math changes for a solo coach whose leads all arrive as Instagram and WhatsApp DMs. The question there is not "which CRM", it is "how many AI replies do I get, and does the AI book the sales call?". On Kommo, that means a Pro seat for AI booking, a six-month prepaid term, and credits that cover about 150 replies a month at the reference rate. A DM-native AI setter prices the same job by messages instead. SetSmart, for example, has a free 7-day trial, then $97/month with 1,000 messages included on Pro, billed monthly, with booking in the chat through Calendly, Cal.com, iClosed or GoHighLevel.

Neither tool closes the sale, and you should be wary of any vendor that says otherwise. For a high-ticket coach the close happens on the call, by a human. The DM's job is to answer fast, qualify, follow up and put the call on the calendar, which is exactly what an appointment setter does. And follow-up is where the money is: across 828K AI DM conversations we analyzed, 53% died before message 3, and a single follow-up doubled booked calls. Whatever you buy, make sure your reply budget covers those follow-ups.

If you are still deciding between a CRM and a lighter tool, our ranking of the best CRM for coaches compares Kommo's category with simpler options built around scheduling and client portals.

How to choose a Kommo plan in three questions

  1. Do you need the AI agent to book the call in the chat? If yes, it is Pro, whatever your region. If you are happy to send a booking link yourself, Advanced is enough.
  2. How many people will work the inbox? One person on Base is an inbox. Three people on Advanced is a real team setup with shared AI credits and three AI agents.
  3. How long can you commit? Six months is the floor. Only pick 12 or 24 months once Kommo already runs your pipeline, because the term cannot be shortened later.

If your answers are "yes, booking", "just me" and "I want to test first", start the 14-day trial, measure the credits per reply on your own leads, and compare the real Pro cost with a message-based setter before you prepay six months.

FAQ

How much does Kommo cost per month?

On Kommo's English pricing page, Base is $25, Advanced $35 and Pro $45 per user per month, and Enterprise is custom. On the Spanish page, Base is $20 and Advanced $30, while Pro stays at $45. These are monthly equivalents: you prepay at least six months, so one seat costs $150, $210 or $270 upfront.

Can I pay for Kommo monthly?

No. Kommo's pricing page and billing FAQ both state that monthly payment is not available and the minimum subscription period is six months. Longer terms of 9 months, 1 year and 2 years are discounted, but a subscription cannot be shortened once purchased.

Why did Kommo raise its prices in 2026?

Kommo says the September 1, 2026 increase reflects new AI features, up to three AI agents on Advanced, booking links and more automation. New customers on Base and Advanced pay $10 more per user per month on the English page and $5 more on the Spanish page. Existing customers keep their old price as long as they stay on the same plan.

Does Kommo have a free plan?

No. Kommo offers a 14-day trial with all Pro features and 10 GB of storage, and Base or Advanced customers can test Pro features once for 14 days. After the trial you need a paid plan with at least a six-month term.

How many AI replies do Kommo AI credits cover?

Kommo's AI pricing guide estimates about 15 credits per AI agent reply. That works out to roughly 83 replies a month per Advanced seat (1,250 credits) and 150 per Pro seat (2,250 credits). Extra credits come in paid packages starting at $29 a month, or $10 on Pro, with a three-month minimum on a first purchase.

Does Kommo charge for WhatsApp messages?

Kommo adds no message fee of its own, but Meta charges for WhatsApp templates, and since October 1, 2026 also for service messages beyond 1,000 per number per month and for utility templates inside the 24-hour window. Those fees are billed by Meta, separately from your Kommo subscription.
